Our long established, fast paced, prestigious client is looking for dynamic, energetic and innovative professionals to join them as Recruitment Consultants. This Company are renowned in their field and have just moved into new state of the art offices. They are seeking experienced Consultants, ideally with knowledge in recruiting for contract, interim, or temporary roles within the Pharmaceutical/Bio Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences, or Semi-conductor Industries.

THE ROLE

The role of a Recruitment Sales Consultant is essentially responsible for generating new business and to account manage existing key clients, as well as searching for candidates.

·Developing new business

·Generating and following up sales leads

·Searching for candidates via the company database and update where appropriate

·Preparing CVs

·Interviewing candidates

·Creation of necessary contract documentation and associated information

·Assisting the candidate with any queries or requirements such as travel arrangements, accommodation and any other procedural advice needed

·To liaise with clients and candidates alike

·To ensure that all relevant information is recorded within the Company’s CRM system.

·Completion of the consultants Weekly Report in a timely fashion.
