(Note: this role is to commence on a temporary basis on 16/09/19, to become permanent once both parties are happy.)

Our client is a prestigious Property Consultancy located in London’s Mayfair (W1)- nearest tube – Bond Street. They require a  smart, well presented, articulate and organised receptionist/administrator to join their team, to carry out all front of house duties, provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the company.

As the role can be a fast paced, the candidate must be able to think on their feet and cope under pressure. You will need to be a hard-working, personable, switched on individual

Overview of duties:

  • Manning switchboard, transferring callers, or taking messages as required
  • Greeting/booking in visitors
  • Setting up boardroom for meetings
  • Providing administrative support, (word processing correspondence,scanning, filing, photocopying, printing etc.)
  • Dealing and sorting incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking couriers and ordering taxicabs
  • Researching property locations online
  • Obtaining Title Deeds from Land Registry
  • Ad hoc errands and administration as and when required

Essential Experience and knowledge:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Accurate typing speed of 55 wpm.

Advantageous Experience and Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in a property investment company environment
  • Previous experience within a reception role
  • Previous experience of switchboard operation
  • Experience of Qube, or other property software
